The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online anytime you want. Just tell us how often you’d like to receive your products, and we'll take it from there. As an added bonus, you’ll get 10% to 30% off the price of all items that you select for Auto-Ship service, as well as free shipping for orders $10 and above! (See details below.)

You always have complete control over your Auto-Ship orders, and we’ll send you an email reminder 5 days before each order is processed for shipping. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or item quantity at any time by visiting ‘My Subscriptions’ located within your YankeeCandle.com account. Changes to orders can be made up to 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel your Auto-Ship service at any time.

We ship orders sfter the 5000 candles from each collection are sold, and delivery may take anywhere between 3-5 business days (depending on where you are). Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

The first time you burn your candle, let it burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted. After burning, trim the candle wicks to ensure that any ashes and burnt sections are thoroughly removed.

Our candles are made from parasoy wax blend and contain essential, natural and synthetic oils. Our cotton wicks are lead and zinc free.
